Most mail apps configure themselves: enter your full email address and password.
iPhone, iPad and Mac
Apple Mail does not detect settings automatically. Install the profile, then enter your email address as the address and the username, and your password.
iOS: open the link in Safari, then Settings → Profile Downloaded → Install. macOS: open the file, then System Settings → Privacy & Security → Profiles.
